SGIG Chris Terrell
Brother Christopher Dane Terrell was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and
attended Duval County Public Schools. After graduating from William Raines High School,
Brother Terrell enlisted in the US Army in 1987. He successfully served in infantry units, including the 1/506 th Infantry (Air Assault) of the 2 nd Infantry Division in Korea and the 3/6 th Infantry (Mechanized) of the 5 th Infantry Division, while stationed at Ft. Polk, LA. Upon leaving active military service, Brother Terrell began a 30+ career in the Retail and Automotive industry., Brother Terrell is celebrating 20 years with Holler Automotive Group in Orlando, Florida. As a Senior Sales Manager, Brother Terrell serves the Genesis North Orlando and Holler Hyundai locations in Winter Park, Florida.
Brother Terrell is an active member of all houses in Prince Hall Masonry. He was raised in Pride of Leesville Lodge #41 in Leesville, LA, while stationed at Ft. Polk, LA.
After Army service, Brother Terrell returned to his hometown of Jacksonville and demitted to Tillman Valentine Lodge #193 and served as Senior Warden. In 1994, he exalted a Holy Royal Arch Mason in A.J. Junious Chapter #70, dubbed a Sir Knight in Gethsemane Commandery #1, elevated as a Sublime Prince in Tillman Valentine Consistory No. 22, and was created a Noble in Rabia Temple No. 8.
Brother Terrell demitted to all houses in Masonry after he and his family moved to Central Florida in 1995. He is a Past Master in Rudolph Bradley Lodge #706 FA&M and served as Worshipful Master in 2009. He is a Past High Priest in Bethel Chapter #37 HRAM and
served as High Priest in 2008. He was greeted a Royal and Select Master in Nero Prince Council #5 R&SM in 2005, is a member of Mars Hill Commandery #11 KT, and a member of Ancient City Temple No. 63 AEAONMS.
While Brother Terrell's first love was the York Rite of Masonry, it was in the Scottish Rite of Masonry where Brother Terrell was destined to be a better fit for the Builder's use. After transferring to City Beautiful Consistory No. 297 in 1995. He was coroneted a Grand
Inspector General in 2007, David L. Wright Class of 2007. He served as Commander in Chief from 2008-2009 and was elected 1 st Lieutenant Commander of the Florida Council of Deliberation by the membership in 2013. Brother Terrell has served the Masonic fraternity with faithfulness, fervor, and zeal for over 30 years. In 2021, Brother Terrell was appointed Deputy for the Orient of Florida by Sovereign Grand Commander Corey Hawkins 33° and conferred the rank of Sovereign Grand Inspector General.
A lifelong Baptist, Brother Terrell is most proud of his two Sons and two Daughters and is working on his goal of completing a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business.

Holy Greetings. in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
" Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13
Jesus penned these mighty words ultimately supported in deeds. His message resounds to the highest mountains and lowest valleys. It is up to us to continue to carry out His message. As your appointed leader I must carry out the orders of my lord and savior by doing His will - that is to listen carefully and be a wise servant leader.
I hope Commander in Chiefs and overseers will follow suit for together (with God's will) can we only hope to achieve greatness within the Florida Council of Deliberation.
